FEES:
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before the event. For bookings within 4 weeks of the event the full amount is due at the time of booking. Our standard fee is £500.00 for a 3-hour booking or £275.00 for a wedding ceremony only. This includes travel from one venue to another where applicable and short breaks as appropriate. For every half hour thereafter we charge £75. Travel: For venues beyond a 30 mile distance of Cleobury Mortimer DY14, travel expenses of £12 for every 10 miles or part thereof are payable. A special arrangement of an item of music at a fee subject to negotiation requires 6 weeks notice.

CANCELLATION FEES:
Cancellation within 2 months of the event is liable to 50% of the agreed fee, including any deposit already paid.

ON THE DAY:
Ludford Duo will need: Two chairs without arms Adequate lighting Water or other non-alcoholic beverages We are happy to play outdoors if the weather is dry and if we have shelter from sunshine in order to protect our instruments. Ludford Duo reserves the right to substitute a player/players of equivalent professional standing in the event of unavoidable absence.
